TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Temporary Lane Closure on Dolly Parton Parkway for Special Event

A traffic advisory is being issued for a section of Dolly Parton Parkway on Thursday, November 24. The right westbound travel lane between Cherokee Circle and Old Newport Highway will be closed from approximately 6:45 a.m.-9:30 a.m. The closure is necessary to facilitate the Smoky Bear Turkey Chase 5k special event. Traffic delays are not expected, however motorists should watch for slowed traffic and runners in the area during this period.
